Bernick Family Global Health Fellowship Fund

The Bernick Family Global Health Fellowship Fund provides fellowship support to undergraduate students enrolled in Global Health Studies.  Support shall include but is not limited to costs and expenses relating to non-credit faculty-led, non-credit student-led research study abroad opportunities or for-credit study abroad opportunities. Students supported by the Fund shall be known as the Bernick Health Fellows. 

AWARD DETAILS 

Awards are based on quality of the research proposal, relevant previous experience, and academic merit. The award is up to $4,000 per person.

The Bernick Family Global Health Fellowship Fund is open to all degree-seeking Northwestern students who are enrolled at the university at the time of the fellowship.   

If conducting independent research, applicants must complete the Global Health course Qualitative Research Methods OR submit proof of comparable classwork before the project begins.
