American Public Health Association's Global Health Internships  The Global Health program is committed to promoting people's well-being and education at the local, state, national and global levels. Specifically, this internship experience is structured to suit the needs and interests of the intern.
CARE USA  CARE USA welcomes and encourages students who are interested in making a difference in the world to consider pursuing an internship. The internship program seeks to provide closely monitored, project-driven professional and practical experience for undergraduate and graduate students interested in contributing to substantive CARE projects and initiatives. 
Centers for Disease Control Internships The Center for Disease and Control offers a variety of hands-on training programs for students and recent graduates. All internships offer a unique experience in one of the many exciting public health fields.
Clinton Foundation Internships  The Clinton Foundation offers internships in admissions, development, education programs, and more.
FHI 360

FHI 360 is committed to the professional development of students and recent graduates, and our internship program is designed to provide tomorrow’s professionals with an opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our mission. FHI 360 interns support our projects in HIV/AIDS prevention and care, economic development, civil society, U.S. and international education, social and behavioral change, and reproductive health and family planning.

Foundation for Community Development & Empowerment Internship Isla invites you to participate in one of our career-launching international internships or gap-service projects with an Isla partner non-governmental organization or social enterprise in East Africa, India and Southeastern Europe. Isla recognizes that we all have unique experiences and skills that have been cultivated during our lifetime through education, work, and social interactions in this wonderful, complex world. 
Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria  The Global Fund offers a variety of careers in support of our mission to accelerate the end of AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria as epidemics.
Global Health Corps  Global Health Corps offers school-year and summer internships in their NYC office and they are always on the lookout for passionate young people eager to get involved in their work. Open positions will be posted as they become available.
Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA)  The Innovations for Poverty Action offers a wide range of internships. Please visit their website for more information. 
International Rescue Committee  The IRC provides opportunities for refugees to thrive in America. In Los Angeles and many other regional offices across the country, the IRC helps them rebuild their lives and achieve self-sufficiency. To accomplish this, IRC LA relies heavily on efforts by our interns and volunteers.
Kwazulu-Natal Research Institute for Tuberculosis and HIV  Outstanding undergraduate, graduate as well as medical students with an interest in an academic scientific career are encouraged to apply for the opportunity to join AHRI’s vibrant research community. The 8 to 12-week research experience involves interns working on a research project under the mentorship of AHRI Faculty.
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)  MSF offers internships in human resources, access campaign vaccines, corporate relations, and more.
MercyCorps  Internships at MercyCorps are challenging opportunities for aspiring international relief and development practitioners. They are a chance to apply your education and experience to hands-on projects that contribute to Mercy Corps' efforts to help people turn the crises they confront into the opportunities they deserve, in support of our mission to promote productive, secure and just communities. 
Minority Health International Research Training (MHIRT) Program  The NIMHD Minority Health Research Training Program (MHRT) funds U.S. institutions to offer research training opportunities in domestic and international settings to undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, and graduate students, as well as residents, fellows, and postdoctoral students from health disparity backgrounds.
Plan USA  At Plan International USA, the goal is to work with partners, donors, and communities to ensure a brighter future for children around the world. 
Population Services International  PSI combines entrepreneurial spirit with social mission. Many of our program staff members began their careers in the commercial sector—in marketing, advertising, sales, or consulting—and decided to apply their business skills to helping people around the world lead healthier lives. Others have worked for international health and development organizations, managing projects and providing technical assistance in developing countries. 
Project CURE Project C.U.R.E.'s Internship Program provides upper-level undergraduate and graduate-level college students the opportunity to learn about global healthcare and the non-profit sector while gaining hands-on experience.
Public Health Research Institute of India  The Public Health Research Institute of India has a number of internship and volunteer opportunities and accept inquiries from a wide variety of majors and interests. 
Uganda Village Project  The Healthy Villages Internship provides broad exposure to UVP’s diverse community health programs where interns engage with theories and practices of public health and international development in a grassroots context. 
 USAID Interns and Fellows generally work in one of USAID’s offices in Washington, D.C., supporting program work in economic growth, agriculture, education, health, environment, democracy and governance, conflict prevention, and humanitarian assistance. Internships and Fellowships allow students the opportunity to explore Federal careers and offer valuable work experience.
World Health Organization  WHO's Internship Programme offers a wide range of opportunities for graduate and postgraduate students to gain insight in the technical and administrative programmes of WHO while enriching their knowledge and experience in the health field, thereby contributing to the advancement public health.
